DESCRIPTION:Each year as the holiday season approaches\, some are filled with dread. They have no heart for Christmas cheer\, the anticipation and the excitement. For those who are struggling because of the death of a loved one\, the heartbreak of divorce\, navigating depression\, or other life challenges – the holidays can be difficult. \nIf this is you\, or you know someone who is having a challenging time this year\, you are invited to come to the Blue Christmas Service Thursday\, December 18 at 6:30 p.m. This is a time to reflect and heal together. \nThis service is open to anyone in our congregation or in the community who has suffered a loss or is not in the traditional holiday spirit but wishes to have a place to worship together and acknowledge the blue side that can accompany the holidays.
